P. 9
"Prayer is the key of the morning and the bolt of the
evening."
"Prayer is not asking. It is a fervent aspiration of the soul.
It is the admission of your weakness, your dependence
upon God, and your hunger for His strength and His
righteousness."
And
"Prayer is not an old woman's idle amusement.
Properly understood and applied, it is the most potent
instrument of action."
But I’m guessing you’re not really interested in prayer.
And you’re not interested in taking on a massive empire, either.
I’m guessing you’re here because you want results.
You want to USE prayer... to get what you want in life.
And that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
We’re going to be better partners. We’re going to have better sex. A stronger mind.
More money in the bank.
This is what truly matters to you, and to me as well.
I don’t view prayer as an end unto itself. To me, it’s a tool to get what I want.
